Genetic progress in a herd is determined by the average genetic value of all bulls used (The Bull team). The more the bull team's average Selection Index values are higher than the cow herd's average Selection Index values, the faster the genetic progress.  BTB takes great care to annually assemble a bull team that will take the herd forward and increase the profit for our clients.
